Job Description:
As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing search engine optimization strategies to increase Clients website’s visibility, organic search rankings, and traffic. You will work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to optimize web content, conduct keyword research, and monitor SEO performance to ensure continuous improvement in our search engine rankings.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Audits: Perform regular website audits to identify on-page issues, improve site speed, and optimize user experience (UX) for both desktop and mobile.
- expertise in On-Page SEO, HTML/CSS basics, content optimization, internal linking strategies, and schema markup implementation to enhance website performance and search visibility.
SEO Reporting & Analysis:
- Keyword Research Tools: Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Uber suggests identifying relevant keywords and track rankings.
- Backlink Analysis Tools: Knowledge of tools like Majestic, Ahrefs, or Moz to assess backlink profiles.
- SEO Audit Tools: Familiarity with tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush Site Audit, or Deep Crawl to conduct technical SEO audits.
proficient in WordPress SEO, including plugin management (Yoast SEO, Rank Math), content creation, and page optimization, with knowledge of other CMS platforms like Drupal, Joomla, and Shopify for SEO tasks

Required Qualifications Technical stack skill set:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
- Technical SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other technical elements that impact SEO.
- SEO Tools: Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Keyword Research: Extensive experience with keyword research and optimization strategies using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.
- Content Strategy: Experience working closely with content creators to optimize blogs, landing pages, and other website content for SEO.
- Data-Driven: Strong ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to improve SEO strategies.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, content creators, designers).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Local SEO: Experience optimizing for local search and managing local listings (Google My Business, Yelp, etc.).
- Experience with eCommerce SEO: Understanding eCommerce SEO best practices and experience optimizing for platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is a bonus.
- Experience with A/B Testing: Knowledge of A/B testing or multivariate testing for SEO-related landing pages.
- Basic HTML & CSS Skills: Understanding of basic coding for on-page optimization, HTML tags, and website structure.
